In this episode Jon & Les are joined by Tim Winders for a powerful conversation about the need to redefine success both in the church and in the marketplace.  Tim has experienced great “success” as the world so often defines it from a financial standpoint.  He has also experienced the depths of “losing it all” in a bankruptcy years ago that brought him face to face with the real meaning of success and failure.
